Though we know that brewing and fermenting have been going on for millennia without the help of temperature controllers, temperature probes, and other technology, we can’t help but think that it would have been a whole lot easier had that technology been available. Technology helps maintain precise conditions allowing you to make a more consistent product and freeing you up to concentrate on big things while it takes care of the details.
