Description
The Keller Nanolevel submersible level transmitter utilizes a ceramic measuring cell for high resolution and excellent stability in applications with very low pressure ranges. The dual output feature ensures compatibility with most pump controllers and SCADA systems. The Nanolevel's ceramic capacitive sensor technology is proven to provide excellent stability in full scale pressure ranges as low as 4 inches of water.
The Nanolevel is suited for pump control applications and monitoring levels in tanks, weirs, and cooling towers. It is compatible with any standard 2-wire, 4-20mA current loop that supplies a minimum of 8 but no more than 28 VDC to the transmitter.

Here's how some of our customers use this product...
Remote Pressure Monitoring
The Background: Our customer is an industrial facility that disperses wastewater and gray water by pumping it into a soil absorption field.
The Problem: To ensure the wastewater and gray water is properly absorbed into the field, the customer must manually turn valves to adjust the pumping pressure. Sometimes it’s necessary to know the pressure 100 to 200 feet away from where it is being measured. Another aspect to this application is that it is not a fixed install; the customer wants a mobile solution he can use it for multiple tanks in multiple locations.
The Solution: We suggested the Keller Nanolevel submersible level transmitter paired with a Define Instruments Merlin digital indicator. This package creates the mobile level monitoring solution the customer needed. The Nanolevel will be supplied with 100 feet of cable allowing the customer to insert the sensor, then carry the case with the digital display back to the valves and make the necessary adjustments. Note: A power supply is required and was supplied by the customer.
