Fluidwell N-Series Batch Controller

The Fluidwell N-Series Batch Controller is a user-friendly batch control instrument designed to simplify and streamline batch processing applications. Featuring an easy-to-read display, intuitive programming menu, and convenient numerical keypad, this batch controller allows operators to quickly adjust preset batch quantities and manage batch operations with ease.

Designed for straightforward operation and installation, the N-Series features a simple mounting enclosure and five control inputs for remote START, HOLD, RESUME, keypad lock, and external alarm functions. These flexible control options support efficient batch management while providing convenient integration into a range of industrial process control applications.

For enhanced process monitoring, the N-Series offers a graphical tank fill/spill symbol that visually represents batch progress. This display feature can be enabled or disabled to suit application requirements. If the batch quantity exceeds the preset value by 2.5%, two overspill arrows appear on the graph, clearly indicating an overfill condition.
