Description

The Optris OPTXI40LTF20CFKT090 Xi 410 Microscope Kit centers the Xi 400 infrared camera with 382x288 pixel resolution, scalable temperature ranges starting from -4 to 212°F up through 392 to 2732°F, and a thermal sensitivity of 80mK. The unit's enclosure is IP67 (NEMA 4) rated, with shock and vibration protections. The OPTXI40LTF20CFKT090 is ideal for assessing circuit board components for defective parts, incorrectly sized circuit pathways and/or poorly soldered joints. The measuring range of the unit is between 90 and 110mm, with the smallest analyzable object starting at 240µm.

The manual motor focus feature allows for easy adjustments via the standard-issued thermography software package, PIX Connect. This license-free software allows the user to easily work with radiometric recordings, analyze temperature data in real time, set level alarms, and make other adjustments to best suit the application at hand. The USB 2.0 connection both allows the user to interface with a PC for datalogging and analysis via the license-free PIX Connect Thermography Software package included with each unit.
