Description
The E+H Dosimag Electromagnetic Flowmeter integrates an ultra-compact sensor and transmitter secured in stainless steel housing for the most demanding hygienic batching and dosing applications. Accuracy and repeatability of readings is maximized with the electromagnetic measuring principle, with results that are virtually independent of pressure, density, temperature and viscosity. The CIP/SIP cleanable design, with no moving parts or cross section constrictions that may cause pressure losses, makes the Dosimag functionally maintenance-free. Hygienic features include FDA-compliant seals, 3.1 material certificate, and 3-A and EHEDG approvals. Hazardous area certifications are available for the harshest of process environments. The design includes a pulse, frequency and passive switch output, and is enabled for digital communication via Modbus RS485. The unit comes in DN 4, 8, 15 and 25 nominal sizes.
