Description
The Rion VA-12 Vibration Analyzer is capable of running in three modes: vibration meter mode, menu mode, and FFT analyzer mode. The vibration meter mode allows for simultaneous measurement of acceleration, velocity, displacement, and acceleration crest factor. The menu mode uses a crisp color TFT display (240 x 320 dots) that is easily read outdoors, indoors, or in a dark location. The FFT analyzer mode provides real-time analysis frequency up to 20 kHz, and shows time waveform display and spectrum display with up to 3,200 spectral lines, and envelope processing is also supported. A vibration waveform data recording function is supported at 10 seconds at an analysis frequency of 20 kHz, and data is stored in WAVE file format on the memory (SD) card. The automatic measurement is timer controlled.
Applications:
- Product Development: Vibration measurement at various stages of development
- Quality Assurance: Pre-shipment testing, post-installation operation checks
- Maintenance: Startup testing after periodic maintenance and servicing
- Simple Diagnosis: Daily routine checks and monitoring of unusual vibration conditions
- Precision Diagnosis: Measurement of problem vibrations and detection of fault sources
