The FLIR T840 thermal imaging camera is designed to help electric utility and other thermography professionals comfortably survey equipment both indoors or outdoors. Safely and comfortably assess equipment from any vantage point, in any lighting condition.

Quickly access menus, folders, and settings using intuitive controls and rapid response touchscreen. Prepare precise documentation with embedded GPS locations, as well as measurement data from compatible METERLiNK-enabled FLIR clamps and multimeters that you may also own. Measurement presets include 2 user defined as well as, center spot, hot spot, cold spot, and no measurement settings.

This camera features color palette choices of Iron, Gray, Rainbow, Arctic, Lava, Rainbow HC. Available image modes include infrared, visual, MSX, and picture-in-picture. The picture-in-picture mode is resizable and movable. Laser assisted autofocus ensures a crisp image no matter which mode you are in.
