Description
The Fluke 61 is a compact infrared thermometer that provides quick, non-contact temperature measurements. Ideal for measuring surface temperatures of rotating, hard-to-reach, electrically live, or dangerously hot targets, the Fluke 61 cuts measurement times to almost zero with the ability to take a temperature reading in less than one second.
The Fluke 61 infrared thermometer has a temperature range from 0 to 525°F (-18 to 275°C), resolution of 0.5°F (0.2°C), 8:1 distance to spot ratio, and fixed emissivity at 0.95. Accuracy is ±2% of the reading at a temperature range of 30 to 525°F (-1 to 275°C) and repeatability is ±2% of the reading or 3.5°F (2°C) whichever is greater. This instrument continues the Fluke tradition of providing rugged and reliable test tools.
The Fluke 61 includes a bright laser beam which provides easy object targeting. The backlit display illuminates the screen for clear viewing even in dimly lit locations. The alkaline batteries typically provide 4000 measurements and the battery life is extended with the automatic sleep mode after 7 seconds of non-use.
