Bently Nevada Accelerometers
Bently Nevada accelerometers are electromechanical sensors that measure acceleration forces in meters per second squared (m/s2) or in G-forces (g). These forces may be static, like the constant force of gravity pulling at your feet, or they could be dynamic such as movement caused by vibration. Measuring static forces helps determine the angle at which the device is tilted with respect to the Earth. Measuring dynamic forces, on the other hand, can help determine the way the device is moving, an important parameter in vibration monitoring and predictive maintenance programs.
