Description

The Mensor CTB9600 temperature calibration bath calibration bath is designed for precise temperature calibration of thermometers, thermostats, resistance thermometers, and thermocouples across a range of −40 to +300°C. The CTB9600 is suitable for laboratory and production environments, supporting tasks such as calibrating long probes and multiple sensors at once. A uniform vertical liquid flow within the bath helps maintain consistent temperature conditions and meet accuracy requirements.

The CTB9600 is controlled by a microprocessor and includes remote operation capabilities through a communication module. Safety is addressed with an independent thermal fuse that cuts power in case of overheating. The internal and wetted components are made from AISI 304 stainless steel for durability and ease of maintenance, while the outer casing features a coated metal construction.

The baths include a temperature-controlled tank with a usable depth of 500 mm and allow immersion up to 450 mm, reducing heat loss and measurement uncertainty. Two models are available: one covering −40 to +150°C and another for 40 to 300°C, enabling flexibility based on calibration needs.
