Description
The Fuji Electric V6 Series FKH absolute pressure transmitter for remote seal uses a unique micro-capacitive silicon sensor and state-of-the-art digital signal processing to provide exceptional accuracy and stability. The transmitter's silicon sensor assures this accuracy for all of the suppressed calibration ranges without additional adjustment. The FKH offers a sampling period of 40 ms and a response time of 80 ms.
The FKH V6 transmitter incorporates specific hardware and software features to comply with Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) 2 and 3 according to IEC 61508 and 61511 standards. The transmitters have a safety failure rate of 97%.
The FKH V6 transmitter's advanced floating cell technology protects against temperature variations and overpressure, and substantially reduces the overall measurement error. The burnout current value can be adjusted within the ranges of 3.4 to 3.8 and 20.8 to 22.5 mA in conformance with NAMUR NE43 recommendations. The transmitter's output signal can be linearized using up to 14 points.
The electronics unit, local indicators and electronics housing are interchangeable among all FCX-AIV V6 transmitters. Various options are available to address a wide range of process industry applications, including a full range of hazardous area approvals, a built-in RFI filter and lightning arrester, 5-digit local display with engineering units, stainless steel electronics housing, and a wide selection of wetted part materials. An optional local configurator with three magnetic switches allows the user to configure the transmitter without opening the indicator cover.
