Description
The Walchem W600 Series flow controller has a large display with icon based programming, making setup easy. With multiple language support, the Walchem W100W provides simple setup no matter where you business takes you. You can use the display for on-screen and web page graphing of sensor values and control output status or access that data remotely. You can also choose to email alarm messages, datalogging reports, graphs, or system summary reports. Combination sensor input and analog input board that add even more flexibility.
The Walchem W600 Series lead/lag control of up to six relays and optional dual analog (4-20 mA) input for fluorometers or nearly any other process value. Two virtual inputs that are calculated from two real inputs and six control outputs allow the controller to be used in multiple applications.
The Walchem W600 Series Flow Controller with amperometric chlorine sensors can be used for reporting chlorine residual measurements in accordance with EPA Method 334.0.
Complete flexibility in the function of each relay
- On/Off setpoint
- Time proportional control
- Proportional control
- PID control
- In-range or out-of-range activation
- Probe wash
- Timer-based activation
- Activation based upon the state of a contact closure
- Timed activation triggered by a water contactor or paddlewheel flow meter's accumulated total flow
- Activate with another output
- Activate as a percent of another output's on-time
