The Amprobe LM631A digital light meter is a portable, easy-to-use meter designed for simple one-handed operation. The compact size and 45" attached sensor cord allows the unit to fit in tight, hard-to-reach spaces making the unit a versatile choice to determine indoor illumination levels as part of an overall energy efficiency strategy.

Amprobe LM631A digital light meters have multiple measuring ranges up to 20,000 lux or fc with an accuracy of ±(3% rdg + 10 dgt) and a resolution of 0.01 fc/lux. Units are selectable by a switch on the front panel. Measurements are displayed on the backlit 3-1/2 digit LCD. The LM631A has a PEAK button, that when pressed for more than 2 seconds turns the backlight on and off. There is also an auxiliary output at the microphone jack (2.5mm) connector that is active as long as the light meter is turned on.
