The HygroLog HL-NT is a humidity and temperature data logger that can be used with any of the Rotronic HygroClip 2 probes. Depending on configuration the HL-NT can monitor and log data from up to 7 probes as well as up to two external on/off contacts, such as a door contact. The versatile HygroClip 2 probes are interchangeable for fast and easy maintenance and the wide selection of probes the HL-NT is suitable for a wide variety of applications. The HL-NT is also available with an optional internal probe to protect against unauthorized removal. In addition to humidity and temperature, each probe input can be individually configured to calculate and record one of 10 calculated parameters such as dew point, frost point and wet bulb temperature.

The HygroLog NT utilizes removable flash memory cards (up to 1GB) for near limitless storage capability and the included 32MB probe can store over 800,000 data points. When used together with the validated ROTRONIC HW4 software the HygroLog HL-NT data logger complies with FDA 21 CFR part 11 regarding electronic data records and electronic signatures (ERES). Measurement losses are ruled out by the digital communication interface between the HygroClip2 and the loggers.

Other features of the Rotronic HygroLog NT Series of data loggers include display of data on a clear, backlit graphic display with trend indicator. Optional docking stations are also available. They can be used as a lockable mechanical holder, connect up to 4 additional probes, and connect the HL-NT to a PC via serial port (RS232), USB port or Ethernet.

The Rotronic HygroLog NT Series of data loggers feature two models - HygroLog HL-NT2 and HygroLog HL-NT3. The HL-NT2 model is a data logger with a single, internal probe input. The HL-NT3 has all the features of HL-NT2 plus 2 additional external probe inputs. The internal input on either model can be connected via cable for use with an external probe. Combined with a 4 input capable docking station the HL-NT3 can record up to 7 channels of data.
