Description
The Extech HT30 heat stress WBGT meter is a precision thermometer with a Wet Bulb Global Temperature feature that considers the effects of temperature, humidity, and direct or radiant sunlight when making a reading. The Extech HT30 heat stress WBGT meter's Heat Stress Index is able to measure how hot it actually feels when the humidity is combined with temperature, air movement, and radiant heat.
The Extech HT30 heat stress WBGT meter measures wet bulb and air temperatures from 32 to 122°F (0 to 50ºC) with an accuracy of 1.1°F as well as relative humidity from 0 to 100% with an accuracy of 3%. Other features of the Extech HT30 heat stress WBGT meter include Black Globe Temperature that monitors the effect of direct solar radiation on an exposed surface, an in / out function that displays the WGBT value with or without direct sun exposure, and a built-in RS-232 interface with optional PC software.
