Description

The Druck 6000 Series of deadweight testers offer high precision primary pressure calibration.

Deadweight testers from the 6000 Series consist of a precision piston / cylinder (PCU) assembly of known effective area mounted onto a rigid aluminum base plate. Stainless steel weights of known mass are mounted onto the PCU assemblies and are balanced by either pressure or vacuum (generated by an integral pump) until they "float" and spin freely thus generating a known pressure. A pressure gauge to monitor system pressure and a control valve to adjust / release pressure are mounted to the case. These deadweight testers can be levelled by means of four adjustable feet and a spirit level.

Your purchase of a Series 6000 deadweight tester will also include a calibration certificate.

Druck's 6390 Model deadweight tester has a range of 2 to 600 psi and accuracies of 0.025% or 0.01% of reading. By utilizing the optional vacuum conversion kit, a vacuum from -0.3 to -30 inHg can be generated.

The 6000L Series Deadweight Tester is a version of the 6000 Series designed for use between 0.15 and 15 psi. The 6000L also works well for draft pressure and measuring inches or millimeters of water during differential measurements.
