Description
The US Gauge 1931 / 1933 SOLFRUNT Pressure Gauge are 4.5 and 6in diameter gauges with an aluminum black-flanged case, with low mount and low back mount installation styles. The 1931 features an optional EZ-Fill case with a factory fill of silicone, glycerin and mineral oil for the 4.5inch dial size. Fill fluid drastically improves service life by helping to absorb some of the impact of excessive vibration. Glycerin is oft-used for room temperature applications, whilst silicone and mineral oil are used for higher operating temperature ranges.
A 6in dial size is available for when the distance between the installation point and the point of view of the operator requires larger, easier to read measurement graduations(1931 dry case only). Both models come with 316L stainless steel wetted parts, bourdon tube, and a high temperature tested acrylic window. Shatter resistant glass is available for 4.5in dials.
The 1931 and 1933 offer combined ranges from vacuum (30inHg) through 6000psi, with dual scale options available for compound and gauge ranges(1931 4.5in gauges only). The 1931 and 1933 both offer high accuracy, consistent data with reads within .5% of span. Span adjustments are easily made through the back of the case, and pointer adjustments through the front via simple removal of the ring and window.
