Description
The US Gauge Model 1536 Ultra High Purity Pressure Gauge is designed for use with gas distribution equipment in the semiconductor and electronic manufacturing industry. The 1536 is an all stainless steel design that is clean room produced (Class 10), nitrogen purged, and double bagged. Indication accuracy is within 1%, offering reliable results from an easy to read scale.
The 1536 is available in both low mount and center back mount configurations. The welded VCR face seal connections provide a threadless pressure seal and remove almost all chance of major contamination(NPT connections also available). The 1536 offers pressure ranges from vacuum(30inHg), compound(300psi max), to gauge(4000psi max). The durable steel housing with inbuilt pressure relief allows for use with various toxic and corrosive gasses, making the 1536 a long-lived and affordable addition to the end user's gas monitoring system.
