Description
US Gauge IPS-300 Ultra High Purity Pressure Switch Gauge is designed specifically with gas handling equipment in the semiconductor manufacturing industry in mind. The IPS-300 features a stainless steel bourdon tube driver switch, which can be configured for closure on increasing or decreasing pressure. The unit is available in both low mount and center back mount configurations, with VCR or NPT connections. A removable polycarbonate window on the face of the IPS-300 allows the user to access and adjust the set point of the alarm.
With an indication accuracy within 2%, the IPS-300 not only allows for reliable reads of gas pressure, but its magnetically actuated switch can work in conjunction with low voltage annunciators, lights or relays. A/D conversion permits data input to logic networks, microprocessors and PLCS. Providing easily adjustable set points with variable pressure ranges from compound to gauge, the IPS-300 is a cost-friendly, low maintenance choice for ultra high purity gas monitoring.
