Seametrics Conductivity Sensors
Seametrics conductivity sensors measure the ability of a water sample to conduct an electrical current. Pure water is a poor conductor of electricity but adding ions from dissolved salts and inorganic materials such as alkalis, chlorides, sulfides and carbonate compounds increases the conductivity of a sample making conductivity an important water quality measurement. Seametrics CT2X Conductivity and Temperature Sensor measures conductivity, total dissolved solids, and temperature.
