“I have used Instrumart several times over the years. They are always price competitive and I appreciate being able to configure the item and get prices up front, but where they really separate themselves is with their customer service. If I have any questions, a REAL PERSON answers the phone and I get fast and knowledgeable personal service. I had a more complicated order recently. Patrick cleared up the ordering details, but then I had availability and location/delivery issues (my work site and lodging location was changing). Sam has been super helpful, more than willing to get updated info to me as quickly as possible, and change shipping details as it suited me. Great, old-fashioned customer service. Love 'em!”
